'Spotlight on Dialogue' Report
During the first quarter of 2011 we completed a research programme with a simple objective - to better understand 'What makes dialogue work at work?'. The research involved in-depth interviews with senior HR and Communication professionals in some of the UK's largest organisations and sought to clarify the barriers and enablers to productive dialogue in the workplace and how different organisations address this challenge.
