The Team Dialogue Indicator™ – Licensing

Interested in becoming licensed to use the Team Dialogue Indicator™?

If you are interested in joining the rapidly growing band of organisations and independent practitioners who are already licensed to use the instrument the process could not be simpler.

Who can be licensed?

The diagnostic involves working with teams on potentially sensitive issues so ideally you should have the following experience.

  • Experience of working with senior teams
  • Well-developed facilitation skills
  • The ability to spot team dynamics issues and to handle these sensitively
  • An interest in dialogue in general, and in how individuals and teams talk in particular

What is involved?

Licensing workshops take around half a day and consist of the following:

  • An overview of the basic theory of dialogue;
  • An introduction to the core model – the six Attributes of Conversation;
  • How to read a feedback report;
  • Designing and running a feedback session;
  • The practicalities of setting up and running a survey;
  • And, of course, lots of opportunity to practise.
